Update on Beach Bash

I've received several emails this morning with questions/suggestions. Thanks to Aimee for helping reply. So here's the update:

AIMEE is planning on being down at CDM when they open(6AM....wow what dedication!) She will be reserving two fire pits and will try to get the ones along the jedi. When you arrive head that direction and look for her GREEN popup shade. You can also call her cell phone (714)403-3733.

BILL will cover Wood and Volleyball(thank you)

HEATHER will cover a long table and card table

KELLY & HOLLI will cover Plates & Napkins

Annual Family Beach Bash!

Here are the details
for our Annual Beach Bash:

Date: Saturday, August 30th
Time: Anytime after 10:00AM
The fire will be blazin' by 6:00PM
Place: Corona del Mar Beach
There is an $8/car fee to park

Everyone who's coming should bring their own drinks and wire hangers for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows.

Also, does anyone have access to firewood and a volleyball?

Scott & Dayna: 2 packs of Hot dogs & Buns
Kendall: 2 bags of Chips
Dallas & Anna: 2 bags of Chips
AJ & Kim: 2 bags of Chips
Bill & Robin: Stuff for S'mores

We're not doing silverware, so please make sure whatever you bring can be eaten using our fingers.
